Shipping Information

We make every attempt to provide a responsive, fast and reliable service, however, please note our delivery timeframes are an estimate based on the information provided by the delivery company.

We use a combination of Express Post, Parcel Post and eParcel (AusPost).

  • Free Parcel Post for all orders over $100.
  • Flat Rate Express Post $11.95 for all orders.

Order Cut Off Times

It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of payment being received.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • For the fastest turn around time (via Express Post) we recommend a 12pm AEST order cut-off time Monday to Thursday, although this time frame is not guaranteed. 

Estimated Delivery – Australia

The below refers to business days for orders posted before 5 pm AEST. This is a guide only, not a guarantee.

  • Express Post – next business day delivery.

This covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only). If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

  • Parcel Post – delivery in 2 or more business days after posting..

This service covers all of Australia.

  • Sending to same state: Metro (up to 2 business days) Country (up to 5 business days)
  • Sending interstate: Metro (up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points), Country (please ask at your local Post Office).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been posted, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number may not be active until after 5pm of the day it is shipped.

The Safe Drop option may be available with Australia Post directly, after you receive your tracking number. Please use their website, sms or mypost app to arrange your preference. If you opt to leave your delivery unattended, this is your responsibility. If an item is stolen or misplaced, we will accept no liability and neither will Australia Post.

If delivery of your parcel cannot be made, a card will be left advising of the procedure to collect your delivery from your nearest Australia Post depot.
